3) Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards (if offered)

• Final sale/clearance items (if labeled “final sale”)

4) How to Start a Return/Exchange

• Order number

• Reason for return/exchange

• Photos if defective/damaged

We’ll provide return instructions.

5) Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/card issuer.

6) Exchanges

If you want an exchange (e.g., different color/variant), we’ll help you arrange it based on availability.

7) Defects & Warranty Support

Your eyewear may be covered by a lifetime warranty as stated on the product page.

8) Return Shipping Costs
