1) Shipping Countries (EUR Zone)

We currently ship only to countries where the euro (EUR) is the official currency:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Kosovo, Montenegro.

If your country is not available at checkout, we don’t ship there yet.

2) Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3) Delivery Time

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 5–10 business days (varies by destination).
These are estimates, not guarantees.

4) Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.
If a free-shipping offer is active, it will be shown automatically at checkout.

5) Tracking

Tracking is provided when available.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order ships.

6) Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct address.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we may charge a reshipping fee.

7) Customs, VAT & Import Fees

Prices shown at checkout may not include local taxes or import fees required by your country.
If any fees are charged by local authorities/carriers, they are the customer’s responsibility.

8) Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, please allow extra time for carrier processing and contact us.
If your order arrives damaged, email support@montclair-eyewear.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • the packaging

  • the product

  • the shipping label

We’ll work with you on a replacement or an appropriate solution.
