1) Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — €4.00
Delivery times are estimates and start after your order is processed and dispatched.
2) Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During promotions or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
3) Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
4) Shipping Destinations
We ship to eligible destinations shown at checkout. If your destination is unavailable, please contact us at support@montclair-eyewear.com.
5) Customs, Duties & Taxes
If applicable, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by the carrier or local authorities.
6) Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a reshipment fee.
7) Delays & Lost Packages
Carrier delays can happen due to weather, peak seasons, customs, or operational issues. If your package appears lost, contact us at support@montclair-eyewear.com and we’ll assist.
8) Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s) so we can help.
