Refund policy
At LeStyle, we want you to feel confident with every order. If your item is not quite right, we make the return process simple and clear.
Returns window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To request a return, email admin@lestyleonline.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Once your request is reviewed, we will email you with the next steps. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Free return shipping
We offer free returns within 30 days for eligible orders. If your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and confirm the return shipping process by email.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please let us know when requesting your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving your return.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Order cancellation
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
